Latest Repossessions Stopped

25th July 2008, St Helens County Court
Client separated from partner so suffered a loss in income and caused them to fall into £8000 worth of arrears. Went to court and was granted a suspended repossession paying an extra £100 a month.

22nd July 2008, Cardiff County Court
Client was in ill health so could not work and fell into arrears of £8,500. Now recovered, Judge suspended the repossession with payments of £60 towards arrears each month.

17th July 2008, Salford County Court
Father died so went overseas for family reasons. Fell into arrears back home of £468, Found new job so judge suspended repossession with £20 a month payments towards arrears.
