Client had fallen into arrears of £11,000 due to job change. Judge adjourned the case for 3 weeks to allow time for money due to the client that will clear the arrears in full to be paid to him.

9th December 2008, Manchester County Court
Client had fallen into arrears of £7,000 due to his own takeaway business being affected by the credit crunch. Judge suspended the repossession with payments of £100 being made on top of the mortgage payment

26th November 2008, Oldham County Court
Client got into arrears amounting to £5000 due to a separation from her partner. The Judge was satisfied she was now able to afford the full amount on here own and so suspended the repossession with a £50 payment on top of contractual.
