26th November 2008, Oldham County Court

Client got into arrears amounting to £5000 due to a separation from her partner. The Judge was satisfied she was now able to afford the full amount on here own and so suspended the repossession with a £50 payment on top of contractual.

13th November 2008, Burnley County Court

Client had got into arrears of £3800 due to overspending and a drop in income. Judge suspended the repossession on repayment of £50 on top of the mortgage payment.

11th November 2008, Hastings County Court

Client went into arrears of £6500 due to their Guest House business struggling. Found further employment and judge suspended repossession with the client paying £190 on top of the mortgage.

17th October 2008, Birmingham County Court

Client was self employed and business was going through a bad patch, resulting in £7000 of mortgage arrears. Both client and wife got jobs and business started to pick up and the judge granted a suspended repossession paying £100 on top of the contractual monthly payment.

16th October 2008, Rhyll County Court

Client had fallen into arrears of £9000 due to taking out credit and then loss of job. Now he is back into a position to afford the mortgage, the judge suspended the eviction paying £75 towards arrears rising to £150 after 6 payments.

7th October 2008, Poole County Court

Our client had split up from partner and lost job so fell into £6000 worth of arrears on the mortgage. Judge suspended the repossession paying back £150 on top of contractual payments.

27th September 2008, Manchester County Court

Client had fallen into £5000 worth of arrears due to separation from their partner, however they have now got back together. Judge ordered a suspended repossession paying back £150 a month on top of the mortgage to clear the arrears.

24th September 2008, Altrincham County Court

Client had got into arrears of £3,184 due to a wrongful debit of money for tax overpayment that never should have happened. Judge granted a suspended repossession on the payment of £110 a month on top of the mortgage.

22nd September 2008, Uxbridge County Court

Client had found themselves in arrears of £6127 due to loss of their own and partner's main income. A suspended repossession order was awarded, paying £50 extra towards the outstanding arrears on top of current mortgage payments.

17th September 2008, Hitchin County Court

Client had been in trouble with the business not doing well and fell into £6500 worth of arrears. Judge granted a suspended repossession paying back £250 a month.
